RHOC alum Jim Edmonds slams ‘tenant’ ex Meghan King and accuses her of leaving behind ‘trash’ and ‘poop’ after moving
REAL Housewives of Orange County alum Jim Edmonds slammed his "tenant" ex-wife Meghan King in a new Instagram Story post.
While giving fans a tour of his house, the 50-year-old accused his ex of leaving "trash" and "poop" in his home when she moved out.

The alum began a showcasing his home by standing outside.
He shared a look at the outside of his home as he said: "Today's the big day. I got my house back.
"Tenant's moved out and I got to clean it up and put it up for sale.
"Hopefully somebody cleaned it up a little bit before me."

Once Jim made his way inside the house, he said there were "things left behind" such a "trash."
He showed bags of garbage were left inside, adding: "Not used to this landlord stuff.
"Didn't realize that someone would leave a house this dirty and messy.
"I have four people in here throwing trash away that was just left behind."

After he entered the newly renovated kitchen, Jim noted there were "lots of fingerprints" on the glass doors of the stainless steel appliances and that the tenant left the refrigerator door open.
"More trash and dirt left for me," he said while opening the drawers in the fridge.
He also shared a glimpse inside of the fridge, which had old food sitting inside of it.
Once in the master bathroom, Jim noted there was "more trash" in the shower and near the toilet.
While zooming in on a skid mark in the toilet, he said: "Some poop in the toilet."

The star posted a video showcasing the house, which she captioned: "I’m so proud of my (former 👆🏼) home, but tomorrow I move.
"I picked out this home, decorated it, added some children, endured some pain, but mostly this home possesses some of the best pieces of me.
";I am glad to depart with love and longing for an even better future for my joyful 1930 abode. I’m going to miss the attic the most, that storage space was secretive and cool and essential.
"Thanks you and for your organization and calm during this hectic time. I’d be lost without you. 🙏🏼"
