Helen Flanagan plans to marry boyfriend Scott next Christmas and return to Coronation Street after birth of third child
HELEN Flanagan has teased plans to marry boyfriend Scott Sinclair next Christmas - and hinted that she will return to Coronation Street after the birth of her third child.
The 30-year-old star and her footballer fiancé were due to tie the knot this year, but had to put their nuptials on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However, she's not letting the delay deter her from walking down the aisle as she teased a Christmas wedding in a new interview.
The actress shared: "We've been a couple since we were 19, so we're ready to get married.
"Although, we've got children and have been together for so long, so we already feel like we're married.
"We were going to get married this year and my little sister is getting married next summer, so maybe next year for us too."
Helen added to : "I would love to have a Christmas wedding."
The beauty is currently pregnant with her third child, with she and Scott already mum and dad to five-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Delilah.
Having shot to fame playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, Helen hasn't tread the cobbles since June 2018 as she focused on motherhood.
However, she went on to hint that she could make a comeback once her little one is born.
She shared: "I do have a strong work ethic, I'm very much a working mum.
"I'd love to go back to Corrie, but my children always come first, so I will see how it works out."
Helen doesn't yet know the gender of her unborn baby but suspects she is having another girl, with the star previously revealing she'd been hospitalised with morning sickness.
In September, the beauty posted a photo of daughter Matilda with a get well card, alongside another snap of herself in a hospital bed - revealing that she had been suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum.
She wrote alongside the photos: “I’ve been a lot quieter on my social recently as I’ve had hyperemis gravidum [sic].
“I had this with both girls but this time was on another level. I am so relieved to be over the worst and so very happy and so grateful for my baby ❤️✨
“My mum has just been the best and I have no idea how I would have got through it without her! Scott’s been amazing with the girls and the nurses at the Royal Bolton Hospital were so lovely which I’m so grateful for.”
