VINNIE JONES feels so at home on the set of the Kingsman sequel, he’s wearing his slippers.
The football hardman- turned-actor is the latest big name to join the cast of the spy flick Kingsman: The Golden Circle and began filming yesterday.
His role is being kept under wraps but given past form he’ll probably be a villain.
Vinnie will be reunited with director MATTHEW VAUGHN, who produced his films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch and Mean Machine.
A movie insider told me: “Vinnie didn’t take much convincing to work with Matthew again, they go way back. He was a fan of the first Kingsman movie and likes the Britishness of it. He couldn’t wait to get started.”
The former Wimbledon player shared a number of pics from the set, including this one, left, with his comfy Union Jack footwear.
The movie also stars CHANNING TATUM, HALLE BERRY and JEFF BRIDGES who have joined returning cast members COLIN FIRTH, MARK STRONG and TARON EGERTON.
I loved the first one but the sequel is gearing up to be just as good.
