Gogglebox’s Amy Tapper reveals plans to keep shedding the pounds in New Year after three and a half stone weight loss

AMY Tapper may have already lost three and half stone, but she does not plan to slow down and will use 2021 to shed even more weight.

The Gogglebox star, 20, has faced a difficult battle with her weight since she was eight years old but conquered some of those challenges already on her incredible journey.

Amy decided to do a Q&A with her Instagram fans and asked them to reply to her question, "what are you ditching in 2021"?

She enthusiastically agreed with many of her fans who said they were leaving behind toxic friendships and laughed when one said "clothes".

But Amy replied "that makes 2 of us" when one fan said they would ditch "weight, hopefully".

The 20-year-old proudly told The Sun: "I am more confident in myself and I love myself as a person more than I’ve ever done before.

"I am more confident in different ways than before.

"I used to be more confident with boys back then believe it or not but when you have a couple of bad experiences, boys can play a big part in your mind and your confidence.”

She also admitted that she used to cry after being targeted by cruel trolls while she appeared on Gogglebox.

Amy was recently praised by fans after she stripped down to her underwear as she showed off her shapewear, highlighting the difference it makes to her overall appearance.

In the video, Amy is glammed up in a stunning evening gown - with the clip kicking off as she grabs her stomach before wagging her finger at the camera and stripping off.

Amy first found fame alongside her family as they appeared on the Channel 4 show between 2013 and 2018, with the then-teen going on to search for love on Celebs Go Dating.
