Towie’s Billie Faiers reveals the secret five minute exercise to get her tiny 26 inch waist – and you can do it at home!
The gorgeous reality star shares her tricks to achieve those enviable curves
BILLIE Faiers has revealed the “mad” secret to her trim 26 inch waist isn’t spending hours in the gym, but using a hula hoop for five minutes in the garden.
The 26-year-old busy mum of Nelly, 23 months, opened up about not enjoying the gym, so instead opting to do exercises around the house to keep in shape.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Billie said: “I’ve always been about a 27 inch waist, but recently I lost a bit of weight and last time I measured I was 26 inches.
“This will sound weird, but I’ve got a hula hoop indoors, I’m really good at hula hooping, and it’s great for your waist.
“I keep it going for a good five minutes.
“It sounds mad but I’ve always done it since I was younger, I’ve got one in my garden, and Nelly loves it as it makes her laugh.
“Afterwards - I’m not just saying this, you really feel it in your waist and hips!”
The Towie star added that she also finds lots of ways to exercise around the house.
“I’ve never been one of those people who likes to go to the gym, but there are always bits I want to tone like my belly, arms and legs, so I do regular squats around the house and sit-ups.
“I also run up and down my stairs about 200 times a day for Nelly, I just think I’ve been lucky because I stay really active with her.
“In one way she’s exhausting, some children are a lot more chilled out, but it’s done me a favour as it’s helped me keep my weight off.”
When it comes to food, Billie doesn’t stick to a strict diet, instead preferring to make healthy lifestyle choices.
“I don’t count calories, I just go by my clothes and pictures.
“I tend not to eat loads of bread and pasta, but I do in moderation, if I’m out and I want to eat bread, I eat bread.”
“Before I had Nelly, I’d have a ham sandwich and a packet of crisps for lunch, but now I have a wrap or a salad, or maybe some avocado on toast.”

However Billie, who has recently launched a baby clothing line with In The Style, says that being a mum and unable to go out as often as before, is the biggest factor in keeping slim.
“The reason I’m smaller now more than ever is alcohol.
“Before I had Nelly I used to go out all the time and drink, and I don’t think people realise how bad alcohol is, there’s so much sugar in it.
“Then I’d be hungover and want a McDonalds or Chinese for dinner.
“Me and my fiancé Greg used to go out all the time before we had Nelly, we’d go for dinner three or four times a week and have peach Bellini’s all night.
“When I look back at pictures I look so bloated, I can’t believe Greg fancied me!”
