Simon Cowell looks slightly dishevelled at secret X Factor meeting in London before jetting to Dublin for the Irish auditions
The reality judge has been juggling auditions for the X Factor and America's Got Talent
IT'S a busy time for reality judge Simon Cowell and he looked slightly dishevelled when he stepped out for an X Factor meeting in East London.
The 'Mr Nasty' of reality shows has been juggling auditions for both the X Factor and America's Got Talent over the past month and he looked slightly jaded as he met with producers for the ITV show.
He sported his trademark look of a white shirt, bootleg jeans and leather shoes but he had left a few more buttons open than usual which showcased his hairy chest.
Simon also had a fuller beard than usual and the constant trans-atlantic flights looked like they were taking a troll on the music mogul as he looked tired while he puffed on a cigarette.
Meanwhile, The X Factor received quite the welcome as the auditions kicked off at Croke Park in Dublin today.
A green carpet was rolled out and Louis performed a jig with some Irish dancers.
Louis' face was even printed on the side of a Dublin tourist bus.
Nicole Scherzinger looked her glamorous self in a black top, studded dark brown suede skirt and a trendy yellow bomber.
She finished off her look with knee-high gladiator sandals and gold jewellery.
Sharon Osbourne stuck to her usual monochrome look with a white tank top, an over-sized black blazer and black trousers.
She topped off her look with some rock star shades, drop earrings, lots of rings and a diamond necklace.
Simon looked like he was a better mood as fans grappled with him for selfies.
He changed into a black jumper, dark grey trousers and his pointed leather loafers for the Irish round of this year's auditions.
It's been a busy day for the X Factor as former contestant Rylan Clark-Neal has been announced as the new co-host of the Xtra Factor.
The Big Brother's Bit On The Side host will be co-hosting the spin- off show with DJ Matt Edmondson.
It comes after The Sun Online exclusively revealed current hosts Rochelle Humes and DJ Melvin Odoom would not be returning for the new series.
There have been lots of changes to the popular reality show this year with Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger all returning to the judging panel.
Dermot O'Leary is also back on the show, replacing Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.
Rylan announced his exciting news on This Morning where returning judge Nicole sent him a good luck message where she said she can't wait to work with him and blew kisses to the camera.
She said: "I'm so proud of you, you're all grown up... Congratulations, I love you baby..."
Elsewhere, they have also added a new element to the show with the news that TV host and DJ Roman Kemp will be joining the line-up as a digital presenter.
The star, whose dad is Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, said of his new role: "I'm so honoured to be able to be a part of a show I have grown up watching every week and one that has seen contestants become the world’s biggest superstars.
"Being able to work with and alongside ITV really is a dream come true and I am certain that this year is going to be sensational. I just can't wait to get started!"
