Ant McPartlin’s fiancee Anne-Marie flashes her HUGE engagement ring after proposal
ANT McPartlin's fiancee Anne-Marie has finally given us a glimpse of her huge engagement ring after his Christmas proposal.
The Sun revealed at the start of the month that Ant and girlfriend Anne-Marie were getting engaged after he proposed on Christmas Eve.
The news came three years after the popular Geordie, 45, split from Lisa, his wife of 11 years.
Anne-Marie is now the proud owner of a four-carat diamond halo ring.
It's thought Ant would have paid around £200,000 for the sparkler after he designed the special piece himself.
The ring is bigger than the pear diamond he presented Lisa with when they got engaged while on holiday in Dubai in 2005.
Earlier this week Ant's ex Lisa spoke about her ex's engagement for the first time.
The 44-year-old make-up expert rubbished talk that she was heartbroken, calling the claims a "load of old c**p".
She reacted after a fan pointed out two magazines had featured contradictory stories about her being "heartbroken" on their covers.
Lisa replied: "They do it all the time!!! #loadofoldcr*p!!"
One was headlined: "Lisa's worst fears: Heartbreak as Ant finally announces wedding." Another said: "The secret joy helping her get over Ant's engagement."
A fan told her: "Laughable really! Ridiculous they care so much! I’m sure you’re just getting on with your life :)."
Lisa reassured them that she was, calling the claims "made up rubbish".
A source explained last week that news of Ant's engagement didn't come as a shock to Lisa - saying she had been expecting it for some time.
