New mum Lucy Mecklenburgh makes £30k selling off old maternity bras and used sports gear on Depop
LUCY Mecklenburgh is raking it in on Depop after selling her old maternity bras and used sports gear.
The former Towie star, 29, has joined the likes of Gemma Collins and Katie Price and made a small fortune from the social shopping app.
Since starting up her account last year, Lucy has managed to cash in over £30k by selling 874 unwanted items.
The items on her profile range from glitzy going out dresses, gorgeous swimwear pieces and designer handbags to sports leggings, maternity bras and trainers.
She has an impressive 24k following, and 276 of them have left a five star review after getting their hands on her goods.
The star has managed to shift Primark bikinis from her wardrobe for just £3, but has also pocketed a whopping £800 for a Prada Saffiano leather tote bag originally worth £1,850.
She's also given up a Mulberry black patent laptop case for £150, a Gucci tote bag for £300 and a Versace black leather studded dress for £250.
But anything that Lucy makes off the app is nothing in comparison to what she takes home from her Results Wellness and Lifestyle brand.
Back in December The Sun revealed that the mum-of-one celebrated a £1 million turnover and bumper year in 2020.
She saw huge jump in profits last year from her diet and fitness advice that she gave out during lockdown.
