Gogglesprogs targeted by vile Twitter trolls who brand them ‘fat little kids’
Internet bullies take aim at youngsters as young as five in nasty messsages
VILE Internet trolls have taken aim at kids as young as five in a sickening messages aimed at the cast of Gogglesprogs.
The youngsters, who give their reaction to TV shows in a Gogglebox-style format, have come under fire from nasty Twitter users who have posted a series of upsetting messages about them online.
The Gogglebox spin-off shows a cast of kids, aged up 12, sitting in front of their televisions in a similar style to the adult version of the show.
The series has proved a huge hit with most fans, with many labelling the youngsters "adorable", but some have turned against the cute castmembers.
A number of Twitter users have published vile messages, urging the kids to "get off the sofa".
One wrote: "Just had to endure Gogglesprogs on the tele. There’s s**t loads of fat little kids on the sofas. Should get off the sofa and run around a bit."
Another added: "The kids from Kent on Gogglesprogs make me regret my decision to go to Uni of Kent..."
One wrote: "The kids on gogglesprogs are annoying and stupid and I feel I'm allowed to say that because I'm still a teenager, just about..."
Another mean Twitter user wrote: "F***ing hell. Kids are so fat these days. Shame on you, c**p parents."
One particularly nasty tweet stated: "Why are most of these kids so bloody fat? Get some exercise you little bloaters."

However, many fans of the show were thrilled to hear the youngsters' unique views on subjects such as politics during this week's show.
One Twitter user insisted the Gogglesprog kids appear to be more clued about about the Brexit referendum fall-out than most adults.
The viewer wrote: "The kids on #gogglesprogs freaking me out. They appear more clued up about politics and the referendum than most adults that voted..."
Another added: "Actually, the UK is too cold to grow grapes.' Ramifications of #Brexit on wine imports from #Gogglesprogs. These kids get my vote."
Gogglesprogs debuted last year as a Christmas Day special, and it was so popular with viewers that Channel 4 bosses commissioned a full series.
During the show, the young castmembers give their thoughts on programmes such as Take Me Out and one episode featured a particularly emotional broadcast of Disney classic The Lion King.
