Chris Evans could be ‘axed’ from Top Gear as viewers slate his performance on final episode
Ratings for the revamped series have slumped since he took over

CHRIS Evans could be facing the axe from Top Gear after just one series at the helm of the BBC motoring show.
Viewers were left unimpressed with his presenting style on the final episode of the series, which aired on Sunday night.
Many insisted Evans should be sacked from the show with many taking to Twitter to voice their disappointment.
One wrote: "#TopGear - lose Chris Evans, keep Matt LeBlanc. Way better than I thought he would be!"
While another said: "#TopGear Stop shouting Chris Evans. BBC, please please let him go next season. He has his Radio show!"
Another added: "I reckon if Top Gear got rid of Chris Evans and Eddy Jordan, kept Le Blanc and the other 2 fellas, it'd be a much better show."
However, others were impressed with the series finale as the guests included Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and Man Down actor Greg Davies.
One viewer wrote: "First time tuning in this season and it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be."
