‘I’m going to get married to him and have babies!’ Laura Carter thanks Big Brother for reuniting her with her hunky ‘long lost love’ Bernado
Housemate set to be reunited with 'the one that got away' on tonight's love-filled show
BIG Brother appears have caught a massive case of the love bug - as smitten Laura is the latest housemate to be reunited with her long lost love.
In scenes aired on tonight's show, Laura breaks down in tears as she hears the voice of Bernardo as part of the latest shopping task.
This week, housemates were tested on their loyalty to the other housemates by being brought into the garden in groups and being placed on revolving turnstiles.
The housemates were then tempted with what stood behind them, giving them the opportunity to see their loved ones if they press the button - but risk losing the challenge if they do.
Laura didn't hesitate to press the button the second she heard Bernardo's smooth voice call her name, and joined Emma being reunited with her boyfriend and Andy being reunited with his boyfriend Ed.
The three pairs were then able to spend the night together in the 'Other' house.
Still in shock, Laura told the Diary Room: “I want to thank you so much. This guy, I met in Miami two years ago, I was still engaged.
"We met in a club and it was pretty much love at first sight. He walked towards me - it was the strongest connection I’ve ever felt in my whole life.
"I went home and told all my friends and family, if I ever see that guy again I’m going to get married to him and have babies. He’s the one!
"We’ve met each other once, never kissed or slept together. Now he’s here with me on Big Brother, this experience has to top everything that’s ever happened in my whole life! He’s absolutely gorgeous.”
Hunky Bernardo seems just as taken with the 30-year-old beauty, travelling across from Mexico to enter the house and see her.
He even doesn't mind the sexual antics Laura got up to with Marco Pierre White Jr. - which saw them romp at several times before he was evicted.
He told her: "Look. I’ve made my fair share of mistakes. It doesn’t come natural to me to judge what you’ve done.
"I will hold against you anything that happens from now on.”
Big Brother has proven to be a big softie at heart as several of the housemates are given the opportunity to see their family and friends - with Hughie getting the chance to see his mum on his birthday.
But the biggest shock of all came when Andy's boyfriend Ed took the opportunity to propose when they were reunited.
Ain't love grand!
