‘We’re strangers – never speak to me again!’ Lydia Bright reduces James Argent to tears as she blasts him on the beach
We exclusively reveal what happened between the estranged lovers in Majorca
IT was the TOWIE showdown everyone’s been expecting - and now we can exclusively reveal what happened between Lydia Bright and James ‘Arg’ Argent that reduced him to tears on the beach.
Arg was left looking teary-eyed after an emotional reunion with his ex- girlfriend in Majorca, where the reality TV show cast are currently filming the new series.
And speaking to The Sun Online, a source said: “Arg saw Lydia for the first time yesterday and it was their most intense show down yet.
“Lydia made it clear she had no regrets about the split. She then told him they're strangers and for him to never speak to her again. She left Arg crying.”
Lydia, 26, and 28-year-old Arg ‘s relationship has been on and off since their first started dating six years ago and until yesterday, they had not seen each other since she severed all ties between them.
And what seemed to start off as quite an amicable chat – albeit an awkward one – soon developed into a showdown as Lydia was seen gesturing wildly at her ex, who looked downcast and sad.
At one point during their row, Lydia was seen putting her face in her hands in despair as James looked sheepishly down at his feet.
She then flung her arms up in the air in exasperation before walking away, leaving Arg looking completely gutted with his head in his hands.
The Sun Online has contacted TOWIE reps for comment.
Lydia and Arg have been on and off since TOWIE began in 2010 and have split on many occasions in that time.
RELATED STORIES
But earlier this year, Lydia called it off once and for all after The Sun reported she had allegedly caught him doing cocaine just as they were on the verge of getting engaged and putting a deposit down on a new house.
A source said at the time: “Lydia and Arg have broken up and it’s for good this time. It happened because he relapsed.
“Lydia came home early from an event in London and found Arg a bit out of it. She’s absolutely devastated.”
She broke off all contact but insisted she would be civil to him when their paths would cross again during filming.
Speaking to the MailOnline, she said: “We don’t communicate and I think that’s the best way for us. When you first break-up with someone I personally don’t think it’s a good to keep in contact.
“It wasn’t a very good break-up but obviously we have to work with each other so we will become amicable and civil for the sake of that. It is for good this time.”
