Tina Malone vows to shed 10 more pounds as she debuts spectacular 12-stone weight loss on TV
Actress looked virtually unrecognisable during her appearance on Loose Women
TINA Malone has vowed to shed another 10 pounds after showing off her 12-stone weight loss on TV today.
The actress stunned fans with her glamorous appearance on Loose Women, and revealed the secret to her success is scoffing spinach and fish.
She walked to set to whoops and cheers from the audience as she unveiled her trim new figure in a revealing sparkly dress.
The Shameless star underwent a £50,000 makeover, including a tummy tuck and a face lift, after having a gastric band fitted and dropping 11 stone.
She has continued her weight loss regime by adopting a healthy diet and has now brought her total up to a 12-stone drop.
However, Tina is adamant she was to continue losing weight and has vowed to drop another 10 pounds before she is happy with her figure.
She revealed the secret to her diet is eating nutritious foods including fish and spinach, but also admitted she has a cheeky piece of chocolate every day.
Tina said: "I eat spinach and fish every day.... but I do eat chocolate every day...
"So I am very careful about what I eat, I have to be... You know what... my mother always said I never do anything by halves..."
When the Loose Women panellists asked Tina if she is happy with her weight loss, she laughed and declared:"Happy? Wouldn't you be?"
Regular host Linda Robson then asked her Do you want to lose some more?" and Tina replied: "Just another 10 pounds..."
Fans also went wild about Tina's new look, flooding Twitter with gushing messages about the actress' svelte frame.

Tina also spoke about her stint on Celebrity Masterchef, revealing she still enjoys cooking delicious food for her family even if she can't eat it herself.
She said: "I don't eat that much any more, but I'm a feeder..."
