BROOKLYN Beckham has been pictured working on his first big-money advert in London as he struggled to perform tricks on a skateboard.
The 17-year-old might be driving around London in his swanky new Mercedes-Benz these days, but the budding photographer took some time to try and show off skateboarding skills for his collaboration with Huawei.
The Sun revealed that the son of footballer David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria had been snapped up by Chinese mobile phone firm Huawei to star in his first big-money advert.
And it appears Brooklyn has inherited savvy business s kills from his parents as his fee is believed to be around £100,000.
However, his advert might require a fair bit of editing as the active teen failed to nail several tricks while working on the upcoming advert.
Brooklyn new gig means he joins Superman star Henry Cavill and Avengers star Scarlett Johansson as brand ambassadors.
A family source said: “Huawei went for Brooklyn because he’s young, well-presented and seen as a good role model for kids his age. He’s got millions of social media followers and this is a good way to engage a load of youngsters.
“People will think he’s only got this job because of his rich parents but he doesn’t take anything for granted. He knows he’s lucky.”
Brooklyn, the eldest of David and Victoria’s four children, recently passed his driving test after starting lessons following his March birthday.
And he was seen leaving the shoot in his new £37,000 Mercedes C-Class which is believe to cost him £30,000-a-year, or £2,600 a month to insure.
The £30,000 insurance quote came from Only Young Drivers, one of only two firms willing to offer cover.
Amanda Stretton, of comparison site Confused.com, said: “If you’re getting a modern and powerful car, be prepared to pay significantly more as expensive cars tend to have more expensive accidents.
“Unless they are Brooklyn Beckham, new drivers should think wisely about their first car and shop around for the best insurance deal.”
Brooklyn has just returned from seeing actress girlfriend Chloe Grace Moretz, 19, in Los Angeles.
The cute pair were first rumoured to be together back in April after being spotted together at a restaurant in LA.
They confirmed their romance in May and have since been spotted enjoying a number of glitzy star-studded events together.
