Moment Johnny Depp rushes to check on Aerosmith star Joe Perry before he collapsed during gig with suspected heart attack
Veteran rocker was rushed to a local hospital and is now in a stable condition
AEROSMITH star Joe Perry was rushed to hospital last night after he collapsed on stage during a gig with the Hollywood Vampires.
The rock veteran was performing with Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper at the Coney Island Boardwalk venue when he fell ill.
Video footage taken by an audience member at the concert appears to show Joe looking unsteady on his feet as he perched close to the drum kit and then staggered to the back of the stage.
Another clip appear to show the drama backstage as Joe passes out and is carried off by a team of medics.

The fan who shared the video on Instagram described the chaos in a caption, writing: "#JoePerry collapsed on stage just now! He had to sit on drum kit and then went behind a small wall and passed out. FDNY and NYPD carried him off quickly..."
It was later confirmed that Joe is in a stable condition and is resting, but no further details about his medical crisis have been revealed.
A message posted on Joe's official Twitter page stated: "Thanks to all of the fans reaching out and asking about Joe. He is stable right now, with family and is under the best care."
The Hollywood Vampires posted a statement on the band's Instagram page to wish Joe a speedy recovery.
It read: "@joeperryofficial is stable and resting. His brother Vampires and fans wish him a speedy recovery. #joeperry..."
The supergroup recently completed a European tour and they are now playing a series of dates across the US and Canada.
