Lauren Goodger slams Amanda Holden over sex toy TMI on Lorraine
The former Towie star wasn't impressed by the presenter's recent revelation
LAUREN Goodger admits she was less than impressed by presenter Amanda Holden's recent sex toy revelation on daytime TV.
The former Towie star said: "That's not something I'd ever discuss."
Amanda, 45, made her raunchy revelation as she stood in for Lorraine Kelly on her ITV morning show last week and said: "It's early morning and there are children at home but everyone's got a magic box in their house, somewhere! Full of everything..."
Speaking to magazine Lauren, 29, said: "Amanda Holden admitted she has a ";magic box" of sex toys... and said she and her husband sometimes use them to spice up their sex life.
"I think that's quite a private thing to talk about and nothing to do with anyone else.
"Each to their own, but that's not something I'd ever discuss."
Amanda's admission came as she interviewed actress Penelope Wilton, 70, about her role in saucy new comedy Brief Encounters, about the launch of Ann Summers parties in 1980s.
Penelope said of the subject matter: "Quite apart from anything else, it wasn't just the money, it was that women suddenly were able to have fun."
Some viewers tweeted their shock at Amanda's comments, with one writing: "#Lorraine @AmandaHolden not everyone has one of these so called magic boxes Amanda so speak for yourself #inappropriate."
While another said: "Just caught Amanda Holden, standing in for Lorraine Kelly. Her interview with Penelope Wilton was cringeworthy. She hasn't a clue. #Amatuer."
