Actor steps out in Sydney to stock up on supplies for his cosy evening with pop star girlfriend
TOM Hiddleston has been spotted stocking up on supplies for a romantic evening in with Taylor Swift by picking up a takeaway dinner and a bottle of wine.
The actor stepped out in the Gold Coast to collect the couple's food from a local restaurant, and was pictured balancing his bags on the way home.
As well as collecting a takeaway dinner for the cosy night in, Tom also picked up a bottle of white wine to help the romantic evening along.
He also added some sparkling water to the list, and managed to balance the two bottles with his bags of food.
Tom chose the Gold Coast’s Social Eating House and Bar for the Sunday night takeaway feast, and reportedly left girlfriend Taylor relaxing in their hotel while he made the dash to the eaterie.
The restaurant is known for an upmarket menu which includes chargrilled octopus, veal carpaccio, spiced soft shell crab and confit pork belly.

Tom managed to perfect his balancing act as he walked back down the street to the hotel and made it back without spillages.
The couple has been spending time in Queensland's Gold Coast over the last couple of weeks as Tom films his new superhero blockbuster Thor: Ragnarok.
He recently spoke out to defend his relationship with Taylor, insisting they are very much ";together" and very "happy".
He told The Hollywood Reporter: "How best to put this? The truth is Taylor Swift and I are together, and we’re very happy.
"Thanks for asking."
The couple have seemed inseparable ever since The Sun exclusively revealed the relationship last month with sensational pictures which showed them cuddling on a beach outside her Rhode Island home.
It has not been smooth sailing for the new couple this week, as Taylor came under fire from her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris.
The Scottish DJ was fuming with the singer amid a spat over a song she wrote for him in secret, and he blasted her on Twitter.
He took to social media to hit back at his Bad Blood singer ex after it came to light that she had secretly written his recent hit, This Is What You Came For featuring Rihanna.
Tweeting a link to an article, he confirmed: “And she sings on a little bit of it too. Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual...
"I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym..."
He went on to accuse Taylor of attempting to make him took bad, and urged to focus on her romance with Tom instead.
Calvin wrote: "Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though...
"I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.
"I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry I won’t allow it.
"Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you’ve earned a great one."
