Gemma recently revealed that she's now dropped an impressive three-and-a-half stone as she continues her weight loss journey.
The TV beauty, who had rebranded herself as the "fitness queen" revealed she's traded in her high heels for trainers as she undergoes a "massive health overhaul".
The self-confessed diva said that she's "obsessed" with natural ways of losing weight including healthy eating and exercise.
The GC, who has been sharing her daily fitness regimes with her social media fans, has revealed that she regrets neglecting her health in her 30s.
The reality star said on her podcast: “It is so important that we keep getting that message home to people, that beauty is more than just these pumped up faces, it’s not all about that.
"It’s crazy to think that one minute I was obsessed with clothes and shopping and now I’ve actually got obsessed with health and exercise.
"It’s me Gemma, my new name is fitness queen. Since turning 40 I’ve become so much more aware of my health and I’m kind of regretting maybe not taking my health as seriously as I should have done."
Alongside a healthy diet, the GC has been doing cardio, weights and skipping to keep in shape.
Speaking to this week, Gemma said: "I don't weigh myself every week. Although, to be honest, I did this week and I lost another half a stone.
"I'm on a high-fat diet. It's all personal, though - what works for me won't work for you. But it's not really about what the scales are saying, it's about how you feel.
"I'm not putting a label on it. I feel amazing, it's nice to be getting into smaller clothes, but more than anything it's nice to feel healthy."
