CHARLOTTE Crosby and Chloe Ferry took their friendship to a whole new level as they slathered themselves in fizzy cola while sunbathing in Ibiza.
The pals were spied taking part in the rather odd beauty regime as they holidayed on the party island.
Geordie Shore's Chloe took her task at hand very seriously, smearing every inch of her body with the brown liquid in a bid for a deeper tan.
Dressed in a strapless pink bikini, the dark-haired reality star also had a quick glimpse under her bottoms to check out the results so far, revealing a touch of pasty skin.
Dressed in a black swimsuit Charlotte, who quit the MTV show earlier this year, dipped her hand in a glass of the fizzy stuff as she sat back in a sun lounger by the pool.
The friends are enjoying a short break with their fellow Geordie Shore pals Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei after filming the latest series of the reality show.
Chloe told her fans on Twitter: "Just finished 5 weeks of filming series 13 finallyback in Newcastle Ibiza in a couple of days with me favs @Charlottegshore @SophieKasaei_"
Chloe recently turned heads in Ayia Napa as she stepped out in a cleavage baring outfit while on a night out with cast mates.
On a hot summery evening, Chloe paired a pair of cutoff shorts with a revealing lace bustier.
Can fizzy cola help you get a better tan?
Fizzy cola is said to give sun worshippers a deeper tan when rubbed into the skin.
Some fans of the technique recommend mixing the drink with oil for a homemade tanning oil.
But others are less than sold on the idea and don't recommend the exercise.
Mainly because the brown liquid won't protect your skin from harmful UV rays!
There's also the fact it's sticky and you may become the target of any insects nearby...
