Chanelle Hayes is beaming as she’s spotted shopping for engagement rings with boyfriend

CHANELLE Hayes continues to prove she’s happier than ever after she was pictured shopping for an engagement ring with her boyfriend Ryan Oates.

The former Big Brother star and her PE teacher beau couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they looked at a variety of sparklers while shopping in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

The happy couple took their time accessing options in several jewellery stores as they prepared to take their relationship to the next level.

Chanelle, who claims she is more confident than ever after gaining six stone, wore a floaty summer dress which featured a black top and floral skirt.

She wore her long locks in light waves and kept her make-up simple for the shopping trip.

While Ryan looked handsome in a green shirt and jeans as he showered his partner with loving hugs and kisses.

Chanelle first revealed the couple were together in April this year when she posted videos of their romantic dates on her Snapchat account.

She then took to Twitter to boast about one of their evenings together as she tweeted: “Catching up on #BearGrylls #The Island with the gorge @RyanJOates … Date night at it’s best! Steak, PJs, TV, cuddles.”

The pair began dating weeks prior to the tweet after Chanelle broke up with fitness fanatic Josh Singleton.

The handsome PE teacher from Scunthorpe appeared on the ITV dating show Take Me Out back in January 2014 when he picked a brunette lady named Chloe for a trip to the show’s Isle of Fernando’s.

However, he later admitted things didn’t go to plan and he wouldn’t be meeting
up with her again.

He later reflected: “We got on OK but after the show has been on, in hindsight, I made the wrong decision.

“Because the show is such a blur and I had to make an instant decision, having watched it back and met a couple of the girls who I turned down, I would probably choose differently but it is one of those things."

Ryan joined Chanelle for her appearance on Loose Women in May and sat backstage with her son Blakely as she sported nothing but a bikini to show off her curvy figure.

During an appearance on the daytime show the reality star decided to flaunt her size 16 frame to prove she was body confident after putting on six stone in the last two years.

When asked by panelist Coleen Nolan what Ryan thought of her weight gain, she said: "Oh he doesn't care.

"He met me anyway when I was this size. I met him since I was bigger."
