PERRIE Edwards' fans have been poking fun at her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik after the sexy singer posted a saucy swimwear shot from her sun-soaked break in Spain.

The Little Mix star has been hailed as "perfection in a picture", and many followers have been tagging Zayn in their comments as they accuse the One Direction star of "messing up" by dumping Perrie.

Perrie has been enjoying a holiday in Barcelona with a group of friends during a break from work with Little Mix.

She has been documenting her time abroad in a series of sizzling snaps on Instagram, and her latest update sent fans into a spin.

The picture shows the pop star sitting on a bed in her hotel room wearing a white bikini.

Perrie captioned the snap: "she captioned the latest snap: "I was VERY happy to be in Barcelona... I just forgot to tell my face..."

One fan wrote in a post on her page: "Perfection in one picture..." and another added: ";Body goals!"

However, many of Perrie's followers took the chance to needle her ex-boyfriend Zayn by aiming their comments directly at him.

One wrote: "Zayn messed up man," another added: "@zayn your loss..." and a third stated: "@zayn u missing out man."

Several followers also made references to Gigi Hadid, the model Zayn began dating after breaking off his engagement to Perrie last year.

One wrote: ";Gigi who?" and another added: "Gigi could never."

Zayn ended his engagement to Perrie last year, just months after walking off One Direction's world tour and quitting the band.

The Little Mix singer was left devastated by the split, but was recently rumoured to have struck up a relationship with McFly's Dougie Poynter.

Zayn moved on to a high-profile romance with blonde supermodel Gigi.

The couple are believed to have split last month, but they have since been seen out together holding hands in New York - sparking rumours they are now back together.
