Cara Delevingne debuts new haircut at Comic-Con after posting Instagram pic of shorn locks
Supermodel has swapped her trademark long tresses for a shoulder length do
CARA Delevingne has unveiled a dramatic new hair do at Comic-Con in San Diego, after sharing a snap on Instagram of her shorn locks.
The 23-year-old supermodel-turned-actress decided to go for the chop ahead of her appearance at the annual event to promote her new movie, Valerian and The City Of A Thousand Planets.
Cara has always sported long flowing blonde locks during her successful modelling career, but as she's made a move into acting, she's clearly decided to switch things up.
Her tresses now sit at shoulder height in an on-trend 'Lob', which was styled in loose waves for the appearance, while Cara looked effortlessly stylish in a white T-shirt, black blazer and camouflage print trousers.
Clearly thrilled with her look, she took to Instagram saying: "Thank you for the [scissor emoji] @mararoszak make up by @mollyrstern outfit by @dsquared2 @robzangardi @marielwashere".

Hours before the event, Cara teased her new look by posting a picture of her chopped tresses all over the floor.
The star plays Laureline alongside actor Dane Dehaan in the sci-fi movie, which is helmed by The Fifth Element director Luc Besson, as a special operative for the human territories tasked with maintaining order in the galaxy, and are ordered by their commander [Clive Owen] to protect a planet which, on the surface, seems like a utopia.
But of course not everything is as it seems but fans will have to wait until July next year to find out what is really going on.
However Cara's followers can see her much sooner in the highly anticipated DC Comics movie, Suicide Squad, alongside Margot Robbie, Will Smith and Jared Leto.
Cara plays June Moone/Enchantress in the film, and is barely recognisable in a new terrifying trailer which reveals her transformation into the villain.
The clip shows the star stood with her blonde hair pulled back in a bun as she whispers an incantation, before a black hand rises through the table turning her suit into dark tattoos and a chain bracelet.
As the camera pans up to her face, viewers get a shock to see Cara hidden behind black stringy hair with burning red eyes peering menacingly out.
Suicide Squad is released in the UK on August 5.
