Jess Impiazzi forced to quit Ex On The Beach due to anxiety admitting ‘I had to think of my health’
Reality TV star feared she would be "mugged off" again by the MTV show
EX on the Beach star Jess Impiazzi has revealed she quit the MTV show after suffering a series of anxiety attacks.
The 27-year-old first rose to fame on the second series of the MTV reality show in January 2015, and agreed to return to the all-star series which was filmed in Thailand earlier this year.
However Jess quit the show, and while previous reports claimed it was because she lied about having a boyfriend, the reality star told the it was because of her health.
She said: "I was really cautious this time, and I was having anxiety every day.
"I woke up one morning and didn’t feel right. I knew it wasn’t the time to be in a place like that. I knew it was time to go. I had to think of my health.
“The producers know about my anxiety so they were really good about it.

“It was a shame because I love the show.”
However Jess admits she was concerned about how she would portrayed on the programme, which also stars Geordie Shore's Gaz Beadle, Chloe Goodman and Jemma Lucy.
She continued:“I struggled this time. It might be because I’m a bit older.
“And it might be that I didn’t want to get mugged off like I was the last time I did the show."
Jess has battled with depression on and off over the years, and still gets moments of anxiety since returning home from Thailand.
She said: "Every now and then I get bouts of anxiety. I get it when I’m stressed or have family problems.
“I know when it’s triggering and have ways to deal with it. Or I take a few tablets and know I’ll be all right.”
The saucy trailer for the show dropped earlier this week, with the men and women taking to inflatables as they are dragged along by a speedboat.
The short clip teases how the fifth series will be the most explosive yet, with news already leaking that Gaz ruined his relationship with Geordie Shore co-star Charlotte Crosby by sleeping with busty Jemma.
Ex On The Beach is back on August 16 at 10pm on MTV.
