Geordie Shore’s Bethan Kershaw confirms she’s dating Towie’s Demi Sims after rekindling secret romance
GEORDIE Shore’s Bethan Kershaw has confirmed that she’s dating Towie’s Demi Sims after rekindling their secret romance.
The reality star revealed her new romantic interest to The Sun as she launched her new summer range with BB The Label.
Bethan, 26, admitted that the pair had previously dated each other in the past.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, she said: "Me and Demi have dated in the past, but it was on the low."
When asked if the pair were dating now, she replied: “Yeah, we’re dating, I’m seeing her.
"When I split up from my ex, I actually met Demi at the NTAs. I was with my ex and we were so unhappy."
Although the pair are not official, Bethan said she's enjoying flirting with the ITVBe star and they even shared a cheeky snog at her fashion launch.
The Newcastle beauty explained that she was taken aback by her "feelings" when she first met the Towie babe.
She continued: “There are not a lot of girls I am attracted to, I’m only attracted to certain girls and I met her and I was like ‘oh what’s this feeling?’ and I felt really awful because I had a boyfriend.
"I was like ‘eh I don’t understand my feelings'.
“Then me and my ex split up and a couple of months after I messaged her.
"We dated in the past, we went to Dubai and she ended up getting with Francesca [Farago].”
Bethan, who shot to fame on Geordie Shore, split with fellow cast member Beau Brennan last year.
The pair met in 2019 on the programme and hit it off immediately, but after a series of onscreen rows, the two have called time on their relationship and unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Bethan joined the show for its 19th series last year alongside three new cast members Beau, 25, Tahlia Chung, 22, and Natalia Phillips, 32.
From the get-go she made it clear that she found the tattooed hunk attractive and after getting to know each other in the house they couldn't ignore their feelings towards each other.
The pair have had some serious bust-ups whilst they've been together, including one that resulted in Bethan quitting the show in November 2019.
The two have since deleted all traces of their romance off Instagram and unfollowed each other on the social media platform - and a source has confirmed that they've called time on their relationship.
Meanwhile, Demi and Canadian Netflix star Francesca Farago called time on their relationship in April after a four month whirlwind romance.
At the time, Francesca said that Demi had told her to "leave London", saying that they were "not on good terms" after a bitter split.
Discussing the end of their romance, Francesca admitted that they had left on bad terms after the spark "fizzled".
She said: “We could have remained friends”, but Demi had a different view and “blocked her”.
Francesca told her 303k subscribers that the Towie favourite had savagely said: “You’re cut", with the Too Hot To Handle beauty adding: "I felt like I didn’t really deserve that because I don’t think I did anything wrong.
"We just kind of fizzled - there was no spark!"
However, Demi hit back and slammed her "disrespectful" claims and said she was left "hurt" and "broken" by Francesca's actions.
The Essex beauty admitted that she did block the star because she found it hurtful seeing Francesca posting straight after the split.

"Like any other normal person, you don’t want to see what your ex is up to for a while whilst you’re trying to get over it. And she was posting as normal straight after our break-up, therefore I felt hurt.
“I asked her to leave the UK, as I told her I was going to find it really difficult her only being an hour down the road to me, and me not being able to be there with her. I didn’t say it in a malicious way, I asked nicely because I was hurting.”
