Vicky Pattison confirms there is NO romance with Big Brother’s Alex Cannon after he’s spotted kissing Evelyn

VICKY Pattison has revealed that there’ll be no romance between her and her pal, Big Brother hunk, Alex Cannon, confirming on This Morning that the pair are both “cowards” so he’ll just remain her “little best friend”.
The loveable 28-year-old opened up about her feelings for Alex, who she’d confessed to being in love while he was in the Big Brother house, but was also pictured passionately kissing his BB love interest Evelyn Ellis at the wrap party on Tuesday night.
Speaking to Eammon and Ruth, Vicky explained: “It’s been a real whirlwind for me and Alex, and I think when he left and he went into Big Brother that was the first time I’d have to be away from him and it awoke all these feels and I got really confused.
“I was like ‘Oh my god, am I in love with my best friend, so clichéd and I watched him from afar when he was in Big Brother and was so proud of him, such an avid supporter and when he come out I was like, ‘I do love him, I love him so much’, but we’re both not willing to risk the friendship we’ve got and take that gamble on something so…”
When Ruth pointed out that the gamble could be worth it, Vicky agreed but said they couldn’t take the risk.
“It could, it could be something absolutely amazing, at the same time it could ruin us forever and I don’t think either of us are prepared to take that leap and that might make us cowards but I think in the long run it’s probably the safest bet.”
She added: “I see him as my soul mate, my little best friend, the guy I turn to for everything just not romantically.”
