Victoria Beckham sends fans wild as she shares Spice Girls Baywatch throwback
VICTORIA Beckham sent fans wild after sharing a throwback of the Spice Girls dressed like the cast of Baywatch.
The fashion mogul, 47, celebrated World Ocean Day with a snap of all five of the girls in red swimsuits.
The picture shows Victoria, Mel C, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Mel B with their hands on their hips while standing on the beach.
Posh is flicking her short cropped hair, while Scary has her curls flicked out.
Sporty had hers tied into a ponytail, Baby in pigtails and Ginger opted for a hat.
Victoria captioned the pic: "Happy World Oceans Day! I have so many happy memories by the ocean 🌊 but this spicy Baywatch moment is one of my favourites @emmaleebunton @therealgerihalliwell @melaniecmusic @officialmelb ❤️"
Fans loved the pictures, with one person saying: "Remember collecting Spice girl photos 😍"
Another continued: "It’s iconic!!! I remember reading in a spice girls book that the beach patrol told the girls and their team that they couldn’t take any official pictures like this on the beach. When the lifeguard said he’d be back in just a few minutes or they’d have to leave, the group got a few shots in the bag and quickly left. 😍😍"
A third remarked: "I had this poster at school. My Mum was so happy, if only she knew I wanted to be Posh not with her. X"
While it's good to see the girls back together, The Sun reported last month how they lost out on a huge £4million after the coronavirus pandemic forced them to abandon plans for their reunion tour.
The group shared a £4million pot after their 2019 tour proved a monster hit with nostalgia-loving fans.
The pop icons had spoken of their desire to tour again, with Mel C telling Lorraine Kelly they "talk about it all the time".
And they would have likely made another £4million if they had been able to embark on another money-spinning run.
Covid-19 floored live performances and as a result the latest figures from the stars’ Spice Girls Ltd firm have depleted.

Their accountants have just filed books to Companies House that reveal the trading arm has a bottom line of £436,432.
Books for 2019 had assets and cash of £4.47m - thanks largely to the live shows.
And the figures showed that Victoria Beckham made nearly £1million by NOT singing on the reunion tour.
Designer Posh snubbed the gigs, which took place in stadiums around the country, but benefited from renewed interest in the band.
