‘I want to believe that if I fight, I’m gonna be ok’ Shannen Doherty speaks out about her battle with breast cancer
The Beverly Hills 902010 star will reveal all in a TV interview about her condition
BRAVE Shannen Doherty is set to reveal her battle in the fight against breast cancer.
In an emotional interview, set to be aired on E! Entertainment this Monday, the former Beverly Hills 90210 star will talk candidly about her diagnosis and her condition.
In a sneak peek of the forthcoming chat, the 45-year-old talks about how she was worried she wasn’t going to live: 'It's hard. I started thinking that I wasn't going to live... I don't look past today.”
Wearing a pink, black and white head scarf the Heathers star began to cry as she talked to ET's Jennifer Peros .
Shannen also showed concern over her changing face, she said: “I don't know if I'll ever look like me again.”
She added: “I want to believe that if I fight, I'm gonna be OK.”
The former Charmed star revealed in August last year she is battling breast cancer, after being diagnosed the previous March.

Shannen recently documented the traumatic experience of chopping her long locks off on Instagram, as she continues her treatment.
She wrote: “Thank you to these three who helped me thru an impossibly tough day and continue to be there every minute supporting and loving me.”
Shannen revealed that while husband Kurt Iswarienko was out of town, he was supporting his wife from afar as she took the brave step.
She continued: “@kurtiswarienko was in Mexico working but knew he left me in good hands.

In the accompanying image, Shannen sports a small smile on her face as she poses with her friends and mother Rosa, faint tufts of hair still visible on her head.
The star has faced her cancer battle head on, but it didn’t stop her from being on the verge of tears as she started the process of cutting off her hair.
Mother Rosa gave her daughter a big hug as she contemplated what was ahead with the sombre pic titled “Step 1”, before “Step 2” showed her cutting her long brunette locks off as she looked in a mirror.
The next step saw her smiling at the camera as her mum and friend blew kisses at her from over her shoulder, her hair in a dark crop.
“Step 4” saw the shaving begin, with the resilient star clearly trying to make light of the situation as she spiked her hair up in a punky style.
The final step showed off her shaved head for the first time, but her latest picture seems to hint Shannen took the razor a bit closer to her scalp to remove even more hair.
Shannen rose to fame in the 90s playing Brenda Walsh in the hit teen TV show Beverley Hills 90210.
