RENEE Graziano is proving she has no-holds barred when it comes to talking about sex after she boasted to her CBB housemates that she is “so good” at performing certain sex act.

The Mob Wives star was in the bedroom when she declared: “I’m the Michael Jordan of blowjobs! I’m so good at it!”

And this is not the first time the 48-year-old reality TV star has decided to share, possibly a bit too much information with her housemate about intimate subjects.

On the second day in the house she had a conversation with Christopher Biggins about oral sex.

And last night, she chatted about her vagina surgery and revealed she has had a special tightening procedure called a vaginoplasty to spruce up her nether regions.

With intimacy clearly not an issue, she told the bungalow: "I had vaginal tightening just recently and I had the worse pain in my whole life.

"The night after sex I wondered what was wrong."

The raven-haired babe also got out her bum as she chatted in the walk-in wardrobe with legendary Page 3 star Sam Fox.

As she showed off the results of her bottom implants, she relived her horrendous post-surgery ordeal in which she said she almost died.

She said her mate had spotted “blood everywhere” under her hospital trolley after she complained of feeling ill.

The Mob Wives star said: “My mum came in and said ‘my daughter can’t see – she can’t hear, she can’t see – call 911 now.’

“They called 911 I said ‘mum I’m dying, I know it, please sign my parental rights.’

“They took my son away they read me my last rites a few times – I’ve been through some sh**t.”

The daughter of crime boss Anthony Graziano has also had a body lift - a surgical procedure designed to remove loose skin - as well as the bum lift and tummy tuck.

The latter two operations were filmed as part of a Mob Wives episode.
