CORONATION Street left viewers in tears during tonight's episode - but also gave them a strange urge to dance.
Fans watched as it was finally time to lay Corrie favourite Kylie Platt to rest, but found themselves distracted by an interesting music choice.
The character was killed off last week after being stabbed by yob Clayton after she saw him hassling Gemma outside the kebab shop.
As Kylie's coffin was carried through the church, viewers were treated to a Destiny's Child classic: "Bootylicious".
Vicar Billy Mayhew couldn't help comment: "It's not the most conventional song I've ever heard in here."
Christina Aguilera and Pussycat songs also played during the service - and viewers found it hilarious.
One viewer commented: "Only on #corrie would you hear Bootylicious at a funeral. @itvcorrie".
And others pleaded for Bootylicious to be played at their funeral.
One tweeted: "Bootylicious is defo in the running for my funeral song! #Corrie ????????"
A viewer wrote: "Kylie's fune is my dream fune. Bootylicious blaring as I'm carried up the aisle #corrie".
While another would have loved to see a bit more Gail: "I’d have given good money for the camera to have panned down to Gail twerking on top of the coffin to Bootylicious. #corrie".
But Corrie fans also rushed to praise 11-year-old actor Harry McDermott, who plays Max, in tonight's episode.
Many demanded that the young star win an award for his heartbreaking speech.
