Towie stars leave their ‘ag’ behind to enjoy their own ‘silly sports day’

Arg also managed a spectacular long jump

TOWIE stars seemed to forget all the 'ag' that's been circling round the group and had fun at their very own alternative sports day.

The stars were filming new scenes for the ITVBe show, with some celebs even donning nutty pyjamas for the rainy event.

Arg was evidently getting into the rhythm of his fitness routine as he threw himself into the events, including a spectacular long jump. Ex-future mother-in-law Debbie cheered him on as she squirted a water gun at him alongside a bunch of fluorescent pink cheerleaders.

The Towie star jumped like his life depended on it and grinned as he landed in the sand.

Mate Diags followed suit and kicked his legs into the air in a great action shot, while  Vas and Chloe Sims were seen shouting encouragement to him from the side.

Chloe later enjoyed a onesie piggyback on Michael Hassini's back as she clasped onto a pink glass of fizz. Michael has been in trouble this series after being accused of "stirring the pot" and calling Megan McKenna a "slag".

The tatted hunk also took part in the long jump and stormed up the run-up while also being squirted with water guns.

The pair were in good spirits despite the rocky last few weeks and were snapped joking around.

Several of the girls got into the bounce of it as they raced on space hoppers down the track.
