BIG Brother babe Laura Carter is familiar with living her life on-screen so it seemed the natural choice to have her lip fillers done LIVE on video.
She was clearly eager to share every minute of her journey to getting a plumped up pout with followers on Twitter and posted a handful of messages in the build up to her cosmetic surgery.
The wannabe DJ - famous for her romps with Big Brother bad boy Marco Pierre White Junior in the house - revealed she was "really excited" about having the non-invasive procedure and loved the results.
Reality TV babe Laura had headed to the Midlands for her beauty day, taking to the camera in a fluffy black robe and with her long hair scraped back.
She lay back on the reclining chair as the camera started rolling and the surgeon could be heard saying: "It's a little scratchy, it's a bit unpleasant," as he put the needle into her lips.
He added: "You're going to feel a little bit of stretching now and it may feel a little bit weird - there we are, how was that?"
Still with her eyes firmly shut Laura, 30, muttered: "Not too bad," in a slightly shaky voice.
She uploaded her treatment table antics with the words: "No anaesthetic cream, no dental block yet STILL pain free #lipfillers & I'm def not the bravest!"
Just an hour later she was all dressed up and ready to show off her new smackers.
The Young, Free and Single star had pulled on a booby nude top and slapped on some bright orange lipstick to draw even more attention to her pepped-up pout.
Fluttering her false eyelashes at the camera she took a selfie video and said: "So - here are my new lips!
"Having your lips done does not mean that it has to be painful or look ridiculous."
She then went on to thank her Soulcare Aesthetics surgeon Ian Morgan for his efforts.
Despite her comments, a handful of fans were sceptical about why she had opted for the procedure, where Botox is injected directly into the lips.
One took to Twitter to quiz: "Why :( you literally have the most perfect looks in the world."
Another added: "What's the obsession with this? Why can't people just be natural?" while one wrote: "You don't need lip fillers, your lips look fine."
Laura was following on from a host of reality TV stars, including Geordie Shore babes Chloe Ferry and Charlotte Crosby, by opting for the speedy procedure.
She tagged ex CBB star Chantelle Houghton in many of her posts.
The blonde TV star recently spoke out to defend splashing out £16k on the procedures.
