Kylie Jenner explains why she’s sick of her fans

SOCIAL media lover Kylie Jenner has hit Twitter to reveal why she "done" with her fans.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has decided to ban any comments on her Instagram posts to stop "people self promoting".

Kylie, 18, said: "So I'm trying out disabling my comments on Instagram because I'm done w people self promoting & the "LB"s"

LB stands for Like Back and is a common phrase used to request others to like their own pictures and posts.

This week Instagram announced they were giving those with "high volume comment threads" the opportunity to filter or disable them completely.

Kylie - like many members of the Kardashian clan - is a prolific selfie taker and so her actions have left many of her fans split.

One wrote "it's sooo annoying i get you boo" while another asked "what about people who want to comment nice things?"

And now stats have revealed she's dipped in popularity, losing 40,000 followers in the process.

But it's not the first time the star, who's set to turn 19 later this month, has appealed to her followers who write the phrase on her posts.

In 2012, she wrote: "STOP WRITING LB ON ALL MY INSTAGRAM PHOTOS AND USING ME AS A WAY TO ADVERTISE YOURSELF."
