MARK Wright took part in a charity football match yesterday and couldn’t resist channelling some bad boy footballer attitude when he swore at the linesman.

Mark’s team won 2-1, and although he didn’t score any goals himself, he did hit the crossbar with a volley, and was seen going full throttle with his tackles.

Essex FC were managed by Mark's younger brother Josh, who is also plays for League One club, Gillingham.

Despite getting on the wrong side of the linesman, the ex-Towie star managed to keep his fans happy – especially the female ones, with some tweeting about his “lovely bum” in his tight blue shorts, while others thanks him for stopping for pictures and to talk, tweeting that he is “such a nice bloke.”

The game was for the Indee Rose trust, which was founded in July 2009 to help children who have been diagnosed with a brain or spinal tumour.

Mark told Yellow Sport: “It’s also important that everyone gets involved. These good causes run because of events like this. That’s how they are funded, and that’s why we are here tonight for such a good cause.”
