‘I’d rather sit on a cactus’: Geordie Shore’s Chantelle Connelly hints it’s over with Tommy Sayers AGAIN
The 26-year-old may have his name permanently tattooed on her but their romance is far from solid
CHANTELLE Connelly has hinted that she’s ended things with on/off boyfriend Tommy Sayers once again.
The Geordie Shore star took to Twitter this afternoon and in what appeared to be a dig at Tommy, she wrote: “I would rather sit on a cactus that go near that lad again ????????”.
The on/off couple have had an extremely volatile relationship over the past few months – despite the fact they both declared their love for each other by getting each other’s names tattooed on to them.
Tommy had Chantelle’s name emblazoned across his arm, while Chantelle had his name partnered with hers on her neck.
Chantelle also quit Geordie Shore in order to be with her hunk, leaving the show’s bosses in a bind as they filmed their latest series abroad.
However, she has since returned to film her green screen segments for the hit MTV show.
The couple confirmed they were back on a couple of weeks ago when they put on a very public display of affection during a romantic break.
Only a week before that Tommy had dumped the reality star and wrote a scathing attack about her on his Facebook page.
In a shock rant on his Facebook page, he blasted Chantelle as being a “low life selfish coward” and reveals their split came after she chose to hang out with the cast of the Real Housewives of Cheshire rather than go back to the couple’s hotel room in Fuengirola, Spain.
He wrote: “Saying this now because I am f**king sick of looking the bad one between mine and Chantelle Connellys relationship.
“I normally take it on the chin but not this time.
“The whole fact that we went for a meal last night and bumped into the lasses from housewifes of chesser [sic], so she never leaves there side but leaves me standing like a mug so [I] left.
“Eight hours later with over 50 calls to her not one answer, now sat in the airport because my ex girlfriend would rather sit with famous people and choose drink and what ever else goes with it, alot of it too, rather than come back the hotel with her lad.”
He later posted an apology taking back what he’d said about the Newcastle lass.
A spokesperson for Chantelle declined to comment when approached by The Sun Online.
