Ferne McCann reveals her £21 secret to getting rid of cellulite and smoothing her curves
The former TOWIE star is a big fan of body brushing
FERNE McCann has revealed her secret to fighting the dreaded cellulite – body brushing.
The former TOWIE star said she is realistic and knows every woman suffers from it but tackles it the best way she can – and it doesn’t cost the earth.
Speaking to Now magazine, she said: “Really, what woman doesn’t have cellulite? I’m mad into body brushing. There’s a specific brush I use. It’s by Elemis and it’s made from real cactus spikes [£21].
“It’s aggressive but when you use it on your problem areas it’s really good and helps to smooth your skin.”
Ferne, 25, said she is like most other women and can feel nervous about parading her bikini body on a beach, and added: “You’re practically naked with just your private parts covered. It’s scary.
“I point out all my flaws – I’m not happy with this bit, I’ve got satsuma skin on my bum, I should have put in more hours at the gym… but I should focus on the positives.”
Ferne said she hate going to the gym and usually has to drag someone along with her in order to get her motivated, although she going away is an incentive for her to get fitter and eat better.
But she said she makes an effort to cut down on certain things before a holiday and said she drinks a lot of water and eats a lot of protein and fruit and veg.

However, she admitted she does fall off the wagon and added: “I’m realistic – I eat Chinese takeaways and I order pizza when I’m hungover.
“You have to have that balance but it’s about how you feel inside. A woman who’s got confidence is the sexiest woman she can be.”
Ferne is currently trying to break into an acting career in the US but was recently stunned to discover that she is looked on as a plus-size across the Pond.
The 25-year-old was speaking in an interview with Pretty Little Liars actress Tammin Sursok, and said: “Yesterday, I found out that in the States, I’m a plus-size! First of all, how can we even be labelled, we shouldn’t be labelled plus-sized, size zero, all this b*******.
“I couldn’t believe it because not that there’s anything wrong with being a plus-size…”
