Coronation Street’s Georgia May Foote admits she had ‘no life’ and ‘doesn’t envy’ next set of celebs on Strictly Come Dancing
She added that it was 'very hard work'
CORONATION Street's Georgia May Foote has admitted that taking part in Strictly Come Dancing meant that she had "no life" and "doesn't envy" the next celebs up for the challenge.
Speaking to Now magazine, she said: "I'd love to be back there now, even though it was so stressful and I had no other life apart from dancing.
"So of course I'll be jealous when I see people learning to dance in their amazing costumes. But at the same time, I don't envy them. It's such hard work."
She added that finishing the show meant that she was able to catch up with friends: "I didn't reply to people for months when I was on the show - you're just so busy. I've got my life back now and that's amazing."
The actress was a finalist in the competition alongside EastEnders' Kelly Bright, with former The Wanted singer Jay McGuinness coming out on top.
Talking about her intense fitness regime on the show, Georgia said that she was "definitely a bit too thin" at the time.
She revealed: "I was under a lot of stress at the time. It wasn't about being thin, though. It was about being tight. I would hold my leg up and it would be solid muscle - really toned."
