Ant McPartlin and Anne-Marie’s wedding flowers arrive at glamorous venue where couple will tie the knot

PREPARATIONS have begun for Ant McPartlin's posh wedding to Anne-Marie Corbett - with the stunning flowers arriving on site.

The bouquets of blooms have been delivered to a lavish countryside estate, where a marquee has been erected for their special day.

Purple, pink and green flowers of various shapes and sizes could be seen being unloaded off the back of a truck as they arrived at the venue.

Among the large quantities of buds transported to the church were ink and lilac roses, and beautiful green hydrangeas.

The stunning flowers - as well as a number of shrubs and stems - were neatly packaged in plastic boxes and arranged on trolleys.

Staff members wheeled the flowers towards the ornate building, where they looked to begin arranging them into colourful bouquets inside.

Others were seen outside placing flowers into a stunning arch shape, which looks to be the perfect photo spot for the bride and groom.

Ant and Anne-Marie are set to wed at the countryside estate once it has been decorated to perfection by the team of floral experts.

The huge property has plenty of space for Ant and Anne-Marie's 100 guests, who are expected to stay overnight at the luxury accommodation.

A roomy marquee will offer the stars privacy as well as shelter in the event of rain during the UK's unpredictable summer.

It was previously reported that 45-year-old Ant expects to splash £100,000 on the nuptials, and he has told pals to send their spa bill to his and Anne-Marie's £5,000-a-night honeymoon suite.

The suite alone is thought to cost more than a room at The Ritz.

The couple were said to have initially looked into getting wed abroad but thought it too unpredictable due to Covid.

Ant and Anne-Marie will tie the knot this weekend, with Declan Donnelly expected to be TV sidekick Ant's best man.

A source told The Sun: "Neither of them want the razzmatazz of a showbiz wedding. They just want their nearest and dearest with them.

“It will be a simple but beautiful ceremony, without the glare of the spotlight. They’re both extremely excited and can’t wait to tie the knot.

"But they’re desperate to keep a lid on things. Those who know have been told it’s top secret."

The private wedding will be a sharp contrast to Ant’s lavish, star-studded nuptials with Strictly make-up artist ex, Lisa Armstrong.

They got married in 2006 at Cliveden House Hotel, Bucks, in front of 150 guests — followed by a huge fireworks display.

The former couple split in 2018, with their divorce finalised last year - formally ending their 11-year marriage.
