Lisa Armstrong likes tweet sending her ‘lots of love’ after ex-husband Ant McPartlin’s ’emotional’ wedding
ANT McPartlin's ex wife Lisa Armstrong threw her support behind a message wishing her "lots of love" on the day he married Anne-Marie Corbett.
The Britain's Got Talent host and his PA - who planned Lisa and Ant's 10th anniversary celebrations in Portugal - said I Do in an "emotional" ceremony in Heckfield, Hants.
The telly star, 45, hailed his “beautiful” wife at their celeb-packed nuptials at St Michael’s Church.
Yet while they wed, and later partied the night away at a lavish reception at Heckfield Place, make-up artist Lisa's pals were quick to surround her with love.
One tagged her into a Tweet which read: "Sending lots of love sweetheart, have a fabulous day," with the message being sent in the evening.
They added heart and hug Emoji icons as well as a rainbow and a kiss.
Lisa showed her appreciation for the sweet message as she hit the heart-shaped like button.
SNEAKY SWIPE
Earlier in the day, Lisa appeared to take a swipe at Ant's extravagant nuptials - which came 15 months after his divorce from the Strictly make-up artist.
Following their bitter split, Lisa yesterday liked a tweet from a fan that read "Terrible weather in Hampshire today."
At the time, Ant was getting hitched in front of 100 guests.
Ant and Lisa were childhood sweethearts but split in January 2018.
Later that summer he revealed he'd found love with PA Anne-Marie, who was close pals with Lisa.
The former couple's £31M divorce was finalised in April 2020 after a long legal battle - including custody of their beloved dog Hurley.
MOVING ON
Meanwhile Lisa enjoyed a luxury hotel break with her lover.
The 44-year-old, and beau James Green, 38, checked into five star Pale Hall Hotel on the edge of Snowdonia in Wales.
She posted a snap of their bed with the caption: "Well, if it was good enough for Queen Victoria it's a yes from me!!!"

Strictly make-up artist Lisa launched her own make-up range with Avon last year - to critical acclaim.
