Amber Heard ‘cried and screamed’ as she refused to go under oath to testify against ex Johnny Depp in domestic violence case

The drama continued after Amber turned up 90 minutes late for the deposition hearing

AMBER Heard is accused of "crying" and "screaming" as the actress refused to go under oath to testify against her ex Johnny Depp in their ongoing domestic violence case.

Despite arriving for a hearing over her divorce proceedings with the Hollywood star over 90 minutes late, the 30-year-old is said to have refused to enter the deposition room.

Laura claimed that as the "offices are made of transparent glass" she could "clearly" see "Amber hysterically crying and pacing in her separate conference room, or screaming and yelling at times and laughing at others."

Johnny's lawyer added that "she appeared manic and irrational" and that she "observed Amber's counsel trying to reason with her throughout the day."

Dismissing the claims, a source close to Amber told the outlet: "Although Amber was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny's attorneys.

"She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny's counsel from commencing the deposition during that time."

Johnny's lawyers are now requesting an order to prevent Amber from testifying when the case finally comes to trial, or for the domestic violence case to be dismissed.
