A Place in the Sun’s Danni Menzies bombarded with ‘filth’ from fans after asking for their best Benidorm memories
DANNI Menizes has revealed that fans have bombarded her with "filth" after she asked for their memories of Benidorm.
The A Place in the Sun presenter was taken aback by the responses after she innocently asked for their holiday nostalgia.
She told how "about 30" of the messages contained stories about the infamous performer 'Sticky Vicky'.
It all started when the Scots TV star, 33, tagged herself in at the popular tourist resort on Instagram as she films in Spain.
And she asked "Go on give me your best Beni memories/funny stories?"
Within an hour she returned, wearing an alarmed look on her face, with an update to say she "can't wait to show you the responses."
She added: "Honestly about 30 so far that say 'Sticky Vicky.'
"My house hunter has been to see her, shall I get him on her to tell you about it?"
She added on Twitter: "More Scots on the show this week and we have had a hoot!
"I’m really enjoying your responses to my story and will share the best ones with you all tomorrow! But be warned… there’s some filth."
She had been in the south of the country back filming for A Place in the Sun, saying that she'd had a "fab time exploring" in Nerja on the Costa del Sol.
She updated her followers that she was back at one of her "fave spots" of Dolce Vita Mojácar in Almeria.
She was "up before the sunshine" for a road trip from Malaga to Alicante and later enjoyed a coffee and a fresh orange by the sea.
Looking a little bemused in a selfie, she added the caption: "Was wondering why the beach was so quiet...nudo beach.
"Never seen on of those in a downward dog before..."

The single Scots star has starred on the hit Channel 4 property programme since 2016 and is regularly inundated with compliments when she shares photos of herself online.
