Christine 33, looked stunning in a lime green summer dress as she presented her youngest Felicity with a fairytale cake.

Felicity looked adorable in a Liverpool FC strip, with her hair in bunches.

Christine went all out with the decorations which included an impressive circle of pink, gold and white balloons, with a magical castle as the backdrop.

The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star presented Felicity with her fairytale castle cake complete with three princess cake toppers.

Outside, Penelope had a blast playing with her siblings.

They leaped up the giant bouncy castle in their garden together.

Christine paid tribute to her daughter with a sweet post.

She wrote: "My little miss Felicity is 5 today.
"She is a whirlwind of fun, a ball of energy and God knows this one keeps me on my toes.

"Felicity is growing into a polite little girl with impeccable manners and the biggest heart I am so lucky she is mine.

"Happy birthday Felicity, you’ll always be my baby."

Meanwhile Paddy has admitted that he was forced to "bite his lip" after a stranger's ignorant comments about his kids on the autism spectrum.

Autism is a condition that affects how people perceive the world and interact with others socially.

And Paddy has now spoken out on the ignorance surrounding their "invisible disability", revealing he was forced to stop himself from hitting back after a stranger made rude comments about them.

Despite the family having a blue disabled parking badge on display in their car, the fellow shopper questioned its legitimacy - as they "don't look disabled".

Paddy reflected on the awkward encounter, which happened as they exited the car park, in a new interview with .

He explained: "I’ve had to educate a bloke there that has clearly been judgmental at why we were parking there even though we had a blue badge.

"He said: 'They don’t look disabled', you know, you’ve got to bite your lip in those circumstances."
