She said the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 53, was drunk and high on ecstasy, and that in a fit of rage he smashed several bottles and windows, accidentally slashing his finger.

According to Amber he then dipped the wounded digit in some dark blue paint she had in her room, before using it to scrawl the words "Starring Billy Bob" and ";Easy Amber" on a mirror.

A photo obtained by TMZ shows the mirror in question, while another photo allegedly shows the actor's bleeding finger.

Amber included the snaps as evidence in her domestic abuse case against the actor, set to go on trial Wednesday.

The actress, who denies cheating on Johnny in court papers, said the incident occurred at a villa in Australia in March 2015, a month after the pair were married.

Her team said Johnny didn't get medical attention until the following day, so the fingertip couldn't be reattached — doctors had to sew on a flap of skin from his hand instead.

Johnny was pictured in March last year boarding a private jet from Australia to America for surgery, claiming he injured it while filming the latest instalment of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise.

Amber has caused maximum damage to try and secure a massive pay-off. Johnny feels like she will do anything to ruin him

Pals say that Amber has continued to drag his name through the mud until he coughs up a hefty sum.

A friend of Johnny’s said: “Amber has caused maximum damage to try and secure a massive pay-off.

“Johnny feels like she will do anything to ruin him but doesn’t want to give in and hand over so much money after all that she has done.

“Neither of them want to take the case to court and their lawyers are working around the clock to try and agree on a settlement, but the figure has been a sticking point for both of them.”

Amber finally made her deposition on Saturday, when she spent seven hours giving evidence on claims the actor was violent towards her during their marriage.

Johnny, who earned £37 million last year, has denied the allegations.

The new photographs are just the latest evidence to come out against the star — after a video emerged at the weekend showing him arguing with Amber before smashing a wine bottle.

He also kicks a door repeatedly as he yells: “Motherf***er, motherf***er.”

The actor then slams a bottle on a table before crashing cupboard doors.

He is seen yanking a wine glass from a cupboard, apparently with such force that others smash.

After that, he slams the door shut and glass breaks.

Depp and Amber then exchange words and more glass smashes, sounding like a hurled bottle.

Visible on screen again, he asks her: “You wanna see crazy? hs “I’ll give you f***ing crazy” as he pours wine.

Sources close to the actor claimed the footage, which was filmed on Amber's phone and lasts a minute and 37 seconds, was “heavily edited”.

The pair are due in court tomorrow for a hearing.
