Coleen Nolan slams Marnie Simpson and Lewis Bloor love as ‘showmance’ to make money after Celebrity Big Brother
The Loose Women panellist was blunt in confessing she thinks the pair are being strategic
LOOSE Women star Coleen Nolan has poured cold water on the fiery relationship between Celebrity Big Brother stars Marnie Simpson and Lewis Bloor branding it a strategic publicity stunt to make money.
The outspoken former housemate said the pair's background in the reality TV world meant she believed their lip-locking was less than genuine.
Coleen, 51, even went as far as to say they had pound signs on their mind while they were getting racy in the bungalow - despite the fact they have declared their "love" for each other.
In her the former Nolan singer wrote: "Marnie and Lewis' relationship is, for me at least, a total showmance.
"I suspect they're both hoping for magazine deals about their 'relationship' and are already planning the next story - the break up.
"And that girl is not shy. Even her own poor mum is used to watching Marnie's x rated antics."
She added: "Professional reality TV stars Lewis Bloor, Marnie Simpson and Stephen Bear are playing up for the cameras.
"After all, thinking up outrageous antics to get airtime is their job.
"They know how to grab attention."
Viewers have seen the cute couple getting saucy in the communal sofas as well as taking their racy antics into the store cupboard.
This weekend, ex Towie hunk Lewis again declared his passionate feeling for the Geordie Shore lass.
He sat in the Diary Room and told Big Brother about his plans for their future.
He said: “I’m so in love with her man, it’s a joke, like.
“If we can get through this together then we can do anything with our lives together, I really believe in us, I really believe in her as a person.
“I know where my heart is at.”
Yet his frank feelings didn't convince Coleen.
She added she was "really happy" she was not sharing the house with the lovebirds and confessed: "Having sex on TV is revolting.
"It's just a shame people are applauding it and keeping these people in there."
