Loose Women’s Jamelia shocks co-hosts as she admits she checks her daughter’s phone EVERY week
The TV host says she has nothing to hide as she doesn't sext
LOOSE Women presenter Jamelia left her co-hosts gobsmacked when she revealed she checks her teenage daughter’s phone at least once a week.
Discussing concerns over sexting, the mum-of-two revealed that she has an open phone policy at home – meaning her girls can look at hers and she can look at theirs.

As the rest of the Loose Women looked on in horror Jamelia said she has nothing to hide as she doesn’t sext – admitting her girls find her phone boring.
She said: “A lot of people think I am wrong for this but we have an open door policy in my house where no ones phones are off limit. I can look at your phone and they can look at my phone."

Jamelia replied: “Yeah, yeah. I don’t have anything to hide. I just think if you see something you don’t want to see… the thing is I don’t sext. I don’t send nude pictures or anything like that so you have to practise what you preach. I think they both found my phone quite boring.
"But that being said – the reason for me doing that is I want to have access to my daughter’s phone as well."
She continued: "We all have each other’s passcodes. It’s not a case of snooping – it’s if you have a phone, I need you to know that I may looking in your phone at some stage.”
Jamelia is mum to Teja, who is 15, from her relationship with music manage Terry Wallen and Tiani, 10, from her marriage to Darren Byfield.
