Jake Quickenden reveals incredible body transformation in just 12 weeks – but fans are VERY distracted
JAKE Quickenden has thrilled fans by revealing his 12-week body transformation.
The Celebrity SAS star, 33, was praised for his washboard abs as he posted impressive before and after photos.
"Happy with this, 12 week difference!!", proud Jake said.
"Anything is possible with hard work. Exercise to me is not only good for the body, but my mind.
"Working out is a release and it’s helped me deal with my anxiety over the last year.
"I wasn’t out of shape before but I wasn’t disciplined or motivated!!"
After shoulder surgery took him away from training for seven months.
He admitted: "Yes I’m tensing so much I’m about to shit my pants in the after photo but the difference is clear to see!!

"I’ve never been so happy and healthy, my minds in a great place, being a dad has completed me and I’m ready for anymore challenges put my way."
Although fans were quick to comment on his incredible physique - many admitted they were VERY distracted by his bulge.
One said: "Your package looks bigger."
Another added: "I like how the undies have also got smaller."
Someone else admitted: "I can't unsee the lunchbox."
One cheeky follower commented: "I'm happy with the pants."
Jake has been put through his paces while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins - which resulted in a horror injury.
The 33-year-old needed surgery after the painful injury, which happened when he tried to pull himself onto a boat at sea.
He screamed in pain as medics rushed to help, with the new dad explaining: "I ruptured my pec muscle and my bicep, so the tendons were torn straight off the bone.
"I had to have them stretched back to my shoulder. I have got four pins in my shoulder now where they are all pinned back into place.
"After the operation, I had no feeling in my arm at all for 48 hours. It was like my arm was totally gone."
