Rita Ora removes the black rose tattoo from her hand — after using it to cover up a feather
Singer appears to have changed her mind again
RITA Ora appears to have had second thoughts about the tattoo on her right hand — or should we say third thoughts.
The X Factor judge, 25, has been spotted with what appears to be scarring where she used to have a large inking of a black rose, which had covered up a previous tattoo of a feather.
The flower, which used to cover most of her hand and part of her lower arm, has almost disappeared, with only a small portion still visible.
Rita got the floral design last year and showed it off at the Billboard Music Awards in May.
However by August the bloom appeared to be off the rose, as Rita appeared at the MTV Music Video Awards with makeup concealing the ink.
The singer never revealed the meaning behind the rose, or the feather she covered with it.
Feathers often have Native American themes, or they can symbolise freedom.
Roses can represent romance, beauty, femininity and hope, and they're linked to the Greek goddess Aphrodite — whom Rita has a tattoo of on her left bicep.
The star has almost 30 tattoos in total, including a ballet dancer on her right tricep — which she got at the same time as the rose — a portrait of silent movie star Olive Thomas on her ribcage a smiley face on her right earlobe, a heart on her little finger, a dove on her neck and the letter R behind her left ear.
