Lewis Bloor’s mum Claire hits out at ‘appalling’ Heavy D but admits her son ‘will be cross with himself’ for fighting
Claire Bloor feels her son was constantly being antagonised by Heavy D
LEWIS Bloor’s mum has reacted to the fight her son got into with Celebrity Big Brother evictee Heavy D in which he was given a final warning, labelling Heavy as “appalling”, and “rude and antagonistic.”
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Claire explained how she watched Heavy constantly “push” Lewis when he kept interrupting his conversation with Marnie Simpson on Monday night, leading Lewis to lose his temper and throw a drink at the Storage Hunter’s star.
“Heavy D is just appalling,” Claire told us.
“Lewis and Marnie were trying to have a private conversation, but Heavy just kept butting in and mocking Lewis, I could have punched him to be honest.
“He’s so inarticulate, he’s rude, he’s antagonistic, he says, ‘It’s only a bit of banter a bit of fun’, but he knows damn well what he’s doing.
“He just pushed it and pushed it for a laugh, he tries to do it for a joke, but it’s not funny, and Lewis exploded because he was being pushed, and he won’t be proud of that.”
However, Claire does feel that Big Brother could have done more to “diffuse” the situation.
“I think if you do the deed you take the punishment, and I know Lewis is my son, but if I was Big Brother watching that, seeing Heavy push, push, push, I would have jumped in to diffuse the situation, he was pushing his buttons far too much.
“Look my kids are no angels, but if they’re naughty they always accept the punishment and pay the price, and I know Lewis will be cross with himself for reacting and not keeping it under control.
“A friend of mine summarised it – she said that Heavy D is like the unpopular boy at school trying to behave like the popular kid, in this case Stephen Bear, because everyone is frightened of him.
“He says, ‘Oh Bear did it and it was alright,’ but of course it’s not alright, he tried to be popular and it backfired.
“I think he has issues and I think Bear does too.”
And Claire feels Heavy’s betrayal all the more because he and Lewis were friendly before the show started.
“I am so disappointed in Heavy, he and Lewis knew each other from when they went to an acting school in Islington years ago.
“Two months ago they played a charity football match and Heavy was coming up to me at the bar and saying ‘I love your boy, I love him’, and now he’s completely changed.”
