David Beckham proves he’s a gent as he rushes to help woman in wheelchair get in elevator
The former footy star made sure the lady had time to get in before the doors closed
THEY say manners maketh the man and yesterday David Beckham proved he was all man as he rushed to help a woman in a wheelchair call a lift.
The handsome former footballer, who had just come from an exercise class, held the lift open as the lady made her way in.
Looking super cool as always – even in his gym kit - the 41-year-old wore a black T-shit and shorts with a backwards cap.
No doubt a little sweaty after his exercise session, he wore a towel hanging from the side of his shorts.
The tattooed hunk and his family have been in LA for the summer and David has regularly been seen hitting the gym – in particular his favourite Soul Cycle.

The Beckham family often relocated to their LA pad for the summer holidays – after falling in love with the place when David was playing for LA Galaxy from 2007 – 2012.
And this year summer is no different, although Brooklyn is staying in New York taking a class in photography at arts college The New School, and visiting girlfriend Chloe Moretz.
Mum-of-four Victoria previously revealed exactly why the family – Cruz, Romeo and Harper – like spending their time in the States.
She said: “It’s the space, it’s the can-do, positive attitude, it’s the freedom.”
Meanwhile the famous couple are set to lose £4 million on their French mansion, which they are trying to sell.
They put their sprawling estate in Bargemon on the market for £2.4 million, £1 million more than they paid for it in 2003, despite spending up to £5 million on renovations.
A source told Sun on Sunday: "They might have poured millions into the mansion, but they didn't seem too keen to enjoy the results of their cash.
"The locals won't miss them as they were hardly ever here.
"You wouldn't have seen Victoria queuing for a croissant in the boulangerie."
The mansion has six bedrooms, three reception rooms, four bathrooms and an infinity pool "with magnificent views of the woodland and meadow", according to estate agent Frank Knight.
The couple have decided to sell because they rarely used the property as they prefer to divide their time between London and Los Angeles, where they also own homes.
