The camera then cuts to her almost bare behind as she writhes and wriggles.

This is the second time in the last few days she has twerked up a storm on social media.

Meanwhile, the reality babe has said she is going to take her first naked selfie since she's shed the pounds after having her son Saint in December 2015.

She told Entertainment Tonight: "Have I posted a nude selfie since I lost all my baby weight?

"I don't think so. Get ready."

The 35-year-old star wants to celebrate losing 70 pounds, and she could do it by sharing a nude picture because it makes her "feel good".

She said: "[I post nude selfies] because I feel good about myself. You can just get so caught up in not wanting to be motivated, so I made it a really important thing for my confidence and for me to feel good."

Kim recently admitted she feels proud of her body after working hard on it:"I mean after you have a kid, now if you have two kids, there is a feeling that ... I mean I lost 70 pounds!

“So when you dedicate yourself [to] getting up every morning.

“You know waking up at six in the morning, feeding one baby, running to go workout for an hour, coming back, feeding another baby, my husband.

“And then coming back and then my daughter wakes up, having to feed her.

“You know it's like I have three people that I have to take care of."
