Laura Whitmore and YouTube sensation Caspar Lee flirt up a storm backstage at V Festival
YOUTUBE sensation Caspar Lee was spotted getting cosy with Strictly Come Dancing star Laura Whitmore backstage at V Festival - after previously gushing about the presenter.
The 22-year-old South African lad was snapped with the Irish presenter, 31, in the private backstage bar at the event as they partied with pals.
Caspar shot to fame via his YouTube channel, which currently boasts more than six and a half MILLION subscribers, where he frequently interviews celebrities and plays pranks on his housemate, Zoella's brother Joe Sugg.
A source said to The Sun Online: "There were definitely sparks flying between Caspar and Laura. They were both getting super friendly in the Mahiki lounge amongst mates between acts.
"Keith Lemon joined them at one point but they only had eyes for each other.
"Caspar seemed smitten."
Caspar has made no secret of his crush on the presenter in the past.
Earlier in the year the YouTuber referred to Laura in one of his videos as "his favourite British presenter" despite her being Irish.
His admission came after they met by chance on a flight to LA.
The popular vlogger even filmed her LEGS while flying to Coachella in April - which Laura later made fun of on Twitter.

Laura later made an appearance in the video, with Caspar saying he had "plucked up the courage" to go and talk to her in the swanky first class area of the plane during their 11-hour flight.
Making his feelings known, he added: "I'll watch you the whole way - to make sure you sleep well!"
Despite his "weird" offer, the pair have remained in touch and he seems to have made a move.
Laura has just been announced as one of the new contestants on this year's series of BBC dancing competition, Strictly Come Dancing, and will be joined by the likes of politician Ed Balls and best mate Daisy Lowe, who also made the most of the festival this weekend with her pal.
Caspar better make his move quick, as Laura has revealed that her time on the show may leave her open to the possibility of bagging herself a dancing pro beau.
She exclusively told The Sun: “I did laugh when they were talking about your dance partner. I was like: ‘Is it dance partner or is it a future husband?’
“Friends who have been on the show told me you make best friends for life. They said you do become close as your dance partner is such a big figure to you and you rely on them so much. So it’s not actually romantic.
“Then again, the show has made a lot of couples. How many relationships have come out of it? Quite a few.”
Meanwhile Caspar is set to make the move from the small screen to the silver screen with a starring role alongside YouTuber KSI with sexual comedy, Laid in America.
He has also just released a book co-written with his mum. Awww!
